In-flight Customer Service...#DeltaAirline A+

Kudos to Kimberly Carter...flight attendant on DAL2114 COS to ATL. Kimberly went above and beyond what was required to correct a malfunction of the AV system in my seat 27F. She rebooted the device but the system still did not work. She then upgraded my seat and moved me to Comfort Plus. Honestly, I would have been fine with the refund on the earbuds...She went above and beyond. It is quite refreshing when you experince true customer service in flight. This inspite of the negative press airlines are getting these days...Thank you Delta and Kimberly for making the rest of my flight so enjoyable! @Delta...hire more people like Kimberly.
